She might evoke a different kind of image to her millions of (mostly male) fans across the world, but Megan Fox vouches she is not only ready to become a mother, but also convinced she would make an excellent one. Speaking with W magazine, the March 2010 issue, the actress says she is aware she’s not conceived as a mother-figure in the media, but that means nothing in terms of lessening her desire to become one.

Megan, who’s been in an on-and-off relationship with former “90210” star Brian Austin Green for many years, says the one thing missing from her life right now is kids. She’d love to be a mother and she’s positive she could be a wonderful one if given the chance, no matter what others might make of her based on interviews, photospreads and, last but not least, tabloid gossip.

“No one believes me when I talk about this, but I’m really maternal,” the 23-year-old actress confesses. At the same time, she’s afraid that, by some twist of fate, she might not get what she wants the most precisely because she wants it. “I worry that because I’ve always wanted [kids] so much, as the world goes sometimes, I won’t be able to have them, even though I would be able to provide them with such an amazing environment,” Fox adds.

In the same interview with W, Fox also talks of how life has changed for her since she became such a huge star with the “Transformers” films, how she basically hates the movie industry and the people who keep its wheels in motion and how she was the perfect choice for Armani Underwear, whose spokesperson she has just recently become. She felt comfortable being a part of the latest Armani campaign, the actress explains, though she personally hates fashion shoots.

“I don’t trust people in this industry, but I especially don’t trust girls in this industry, because it’s incredibly competitive, and I’m just not interested. My main weakness [in acting] is nerves. I have no confidence, and because of that I’m always second-guessing myself. I feel intimidated by fashion. I hate doing photo shoots,” Fox tells W of her biggest pet peeves.
