Capcom has confirmed that two more PlayStation One classic games are coming to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita platforms, in the form of Mega Man X4 and Mega Man X5.

The two classic platforming games will become available on the US PlayStation Store starting September, in the PSOne Classics line, which delivers games released for the original PlayStation home console, offered in their original, unaltered form, and emulated on the target platform, which in this case is either the PS3 or the PS Vita.

Almost all of the games on the PSOne Classics list are compatible with both the PS3 and the PS Vita handheld, but sadly, there is no support for PSOne Classics on the PlayStation 4 yet.

The two titles will hit the PS Store on September 2 (Mega Man X4) and September 9 (Mega Man X5), joining the other games in the Mega Man series, including the original 1 through 4 on the Import Store, Maverick Hunter X on the PSP, and Mega Man 9 and 10 in the standard PS3 library.

There is currently no word on pricing, but the games are likely to show up for around $10 or less each. There is also no word on if or when the two games will make their way to Europe.
