Designer creates a new Windows concept using third-party apps

Windows 8.1 seems to be a really highly-customizable operating system, mostly thanks to the wide array of third-party tools available out there, so it’s actually very simple to change the way the desktop looks like.

Joergermeister has created what he calls the Windows 8.1.2 Desktop concept, a new design based on the Fixing Windows 8 concept made by Jay Machalani a couple of weeks ago.

The main difference is that he used quite a lot of third-party tools for this concept, but the result looks quite impressive, especially because it’s all based on the regular Windows 8.1 OS version.
