We all know Lindsay Lohan just can't be a good girl. She just can't - it's in her nature. We even got to that point where we don't hold it against her but simply see it as a fact of life and take it as such. I mean, LiLo is just incurable - and this time I don't mean alcohol and drugs, although I do have a few doubts in that department as well. She just can't keep off trouble, and even when she's in rehab with a whole load of troubles on her head, she keeps begging for more. And trouble usually knows just where to find Lindsay.
From mean girl to stripper to home wrecker, this is Lindsay Lohan, everyone. And unfortunately, the home wrecker part is not a part at all, it's the real life, or at least as real as you get it if your life happens to intersect with Lindsay's at some point. Which was the case for British rocker Tony Allen, who despite being married to a British heiress and having just had two kids with her, decided to see what it feels like being Lindsay's man. Well, he got his answer, which is: broke, bitter and divorced.
Tony Allen is 39 and the frontman of a rock band called Dead Stays Alive. His wife Stephanie's lawyers filed 52-pages divorce papers in Chatham County Court in Savannah, Georgia on behalf of the British mother of two. In these papers, Stephanie is quoted as saying: "my husband entered a drug rehabilitation center in Utah...on or about July 11, 2007. After my husband's return from said rehabilitation I was bombarded by telephone call alerting me to the fact that my husband's conduct with another woman was on the Internet and in gossip magazines".
Also attached to the divorce papers there are articles from the American press in which it was claimed that Lohan had started a relationship with Tony Allen while they attended the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Utah. Paradoxically, at least one of the articles in question was an older feature of In Touch magazine, which stated that there was "no word on whether or not Tony was the fellow rehabber caught bonking Blohan in a Cirque Lodge john". And while we all naturally feel this is true, I think it's funny they chose as exhibit the one piece in which Lohan was NOT directly accused of having had sex with Allen.
But the confirmation, apparently, came when Tony Allen bragged to some friend in a club, allegedly saying "C'mon, it's Lindsay Lohan. Hell, yes! Wouldn't you?" when asked if the rumors about the affair were true. Well, it sure looks like he's paying the price now, and will soon be free to really hit on Lohan if things between them were so serious.
However, LiLo and her representatives are denying the whole business. Well, of course they are - they weren't about to go ahead and admit it, especially since rumor is Lohan is getting out by mid-October. "It's unfortunate Stephanie Allen is blaming the demise of her marriage on Lindsay", says a statement issued on LiLo's behalf. "Stephanie needs to look at her marriage to determine the reason why things went wrong because it has nothing to do with Lindsay. Lindsay and Tony are friends and that's all. They are supporting one another through a similar experience. This is a friendship based on trust and mutual support and nothing else". I think I'm going to cry. But in the meantime, I can't wait to see what happens next - because I have a feeling that when Lindsay gets out, all hell is going to break loose.
