Five Sisters Zoo was hit by a fire back in April, things are finally looking up

Earlier this year, the Five Sisters Zoo in Scotland was hit by a devastating fire. At that time, a female meerkat by the name Annie suffered extensive burns on her face.

Fast forward a few months, and Annie is not only in good health, but also the mother of two adorable furballs. The baby meerkats were born about a month ago, and made their public debut on November 12, Zoo Borns reports.

They share an enclosure with their mom and their dad, Phoenix, and are getting all the love and attention anyone could ever ask for.

Keepers have not yet had the chance to get close enough to the meerkat pups to determine whether they are boys, girls or one of each. However, they are looking for names for them.

Those who want to help them find suitable monikers for the baby meekats need only head over to the Zoo's Facebook page and submit their suggestions.
