The long-awaited DLC brings new maps, items, and weapons to the multiplayer

Rockstar Games has finally pinned a release date on the upcoming Hostage Negotiation DLC pack for Max Payne 3, as the new add-on will be launched on October 30 across the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 platforms.

Max Payne 3’s story may have disappointed some players but its online mode has certainly kept a lot of people hooked on the multiplayer experience, especially since lots of DLC was released by developer Rockstar.

Now, the next big add-on, in the form of the Hostage Negotiation pack, has just received a release date of October 30, via the Rockstar Newswire.

The add-on brings four new multiplayer maps, as well as new items and weapons, not to mention a new avatar faction.

The Hostage Negotiation add-on will cost 800 MS Points/$9.99/€9.99, while those who have got the Rockstar Pass will receive it for free.
