Rockstar Games is going to release Max Payne 3 onto the PC platform next week and, in order to help fans who are unsure if their computers can run the new shooter, the studio has now posted a few lists of system requirements that should be met in order to play the game.

Max Payne 3 has already appeared on the PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles earlier this month and now developer Rockstar is putting the finishing touches on the PC version, which debuts on June 1 all over the world.

In order to help out fans that want to make some last minute upgrades to their systems, the studio has just posted some specifications for Max Payne 3, including the lowest tested configuration as well as the highest tested one.

"As you can see from the specs list, we've worked hard to make sure the game will run smoothly on a wide range of PC builds," Rockstar said about the configurations. "But it's when you get towards the top end of that range that you can really push a game to its limits, and the game will look and run incredibly on the most advanced current machines around at the moment and well into the near future."
