Mature-Rated “The Darkness II” Now Available for Mac OS X

The horror-shooter video game The Darkness II has finally arrived on the Mac. TransGaming Inc. partnered with 2K Games to bring the first title in The Darkness franchise to the Mac gaming community.

“The Darkness II (Mac) Now Available!” reads the latest update on the Gametree Mac news section. The Darkness II breaks FPS tradition by introducing Quad-Wielding combat and four-person cooperative gameplay distinct from the first-person campaign.

Mac gamers will require Mac OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) / Mac OS X 10.7.2 (Lion) or higher, an Intel Core 2 Duo processor (or better), 2 GB or higher RAM, at least 10 GB of free hard drive space, AMD HD2600 / Nvidia 9600GT graphics card with at least 256 MB VRAM or higher, and keyboard and mouse.
