14 DAY TRIAL // Yesterday I told you that some incredibly-not-busy “50 Shades of Grey” fans had started an online petition asking that Matt Bomer and Alexis Bledel be cast as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steel, instead of Charlie Hunnam and Dakota Johnson.
It turns out these fans made a booboo: they didn't bother asking Matt Bomer whether or not he might want to play Christian Grey.
Judging by what the actor had to say about this petition, he most definitely doesn't.
“I'm so grateful for the fans and touched. I'm looking forward to seeing the movie with Charlie and Dakota,” Matt Bomer commented on the fans' request, as cited by PerezHilton.
I don't know about you, but it seems to me that this was the actor's way of saying “hold your mouses and keyboards... I have no interest in starring in ‘50 Shades of Grey’.”
Also, “I nonetheless appreciate your commitment to me and the movie.”
