Mass Effect 3’s demo, which was released last month, has given the designers of the game’s cooperative Galaxy at War mode important feedback that’s going to translate into changes made to the multiplayer in the final game.

BioWare finally gave eager Mass Effect fans a taste of the upcoming third game last month, thanks to a demo with both a single-player and a multiplayer component.

After getting to experience portions of the story, many fans started trying out the cooperative Galaxy at War mode with friends, experimenting with different classes and builds.

According to the studio, all the feedback gathered from players is being used to make changes in the final version of Mass Effect 3.

Most of them relate to balancing, but also affect the equipment kits that can be purchased by players with credits they earn in missions.

No other details are known, but you can expect a much smoother Galaxy at War experience once the full Mass Effect 3 is released this week, on March 6 in North America, and March 9, in Europe.
