BioWare has revealed the full list of details about the upcoming Mass Effect 3: Omega downloadable add-on that will be released for the game at the end of the month, as well as a few new screenshots.
Mass Effect 3
came out back in March and, since then, it’s received a variety of impressive DLC, from free packs for the multiplayer, to paid expansions for the single-player, like the Leviathan one.
Now, the biggest add-on yet – Mass Effect 3: Omega – is set to appear at the end of the month.
In order to get players interested in the expansion and to properly mark N7 Day
today, BioWare has just posted a full description of the DLC, detailing what role Aria T’Loak and the new female Turian
– Nyreen Kandros – will play in the new single-player expansion.
"Omega has been seized by one of Cerberus' most accomplished and brilliant agents, General Oleg Petrovsky … and Aria T'Loak is plotting her revenge. To reclaim her domain, she must team up with Commander Shepard," the studio said, on its website
"Join Omega’s infamous leader in her fight to retake the notorious black market station. Navigate Omega’s seedy underbelly as Aria joins your squad and you witness her legendary biotic powers and unrelenting ruthlessness first-hand."
"Help Nyreen Kandros, the valiant turian leader of the Talon mercenary group, as she fights to free the enslaved people of Omega. Face down fearsome new enemies, including the Cerberus-manipulated Reaper, the Adjutant."
Four "death-defying" missions are included in the DLC and, in order to show off these impressive adventures, BioWare also posted some fresh screenshots from the upcoming expansion, showing off Aria, Nyreen, and Commander Shepard, in action.
