Martha Stewart sure can hold a grudge. The TV personality and all-around domestic goddess is still mad at Gwyneth Paltrow for stealing her right-hand woman from her company and hiring her for her own website, Goop. Stewart is now targeting Paltrow's recent divorce.

In her latest issue of Martha Stewart Living Magazine, the author penned a biting piece titled “Conscious Coupling,” a clear mock-title to Paltrow's divorce piece months ago. Everyone remembers how, when Paltrow announced her divorce from Chris Martin months ago, she chose to give the move a pompous title.

Gwyneth Paltrow gets roasted in Martha Stewart's latest piece on the Thanksgiving dinner

Martha's piece was about the upcoming Thanksgiving dinner, but it was also about continuing the feud with Gwyneth Paltrow, who had admitted in a recent interview that she didn't care when people say bad things about her, hinting to Martha that she had a thick hide and that she was not that easily scared.

Stewart is, however, determined to get a rise out of the actress. “Every Thanksgiving table should be blessed with the presence of a long-married pair who bring out the best in each other, are completely enamored despite their differences, and leave every other guest thinking, I'll have what they're having,” she writes in her piece.

Then she goes on to talk about pies, saying, “Our holiday pies honor such partnerships, each spotlighting the perfect marriage of crust and filling so there's a pleasant mix of textures and flavors in every bite.”

You have to admire the skill with which Martha managed to bash Gwyneth in an article about pies. Those two subjects apparently have nothing in common, but Stewart managed to bring her feud into the pages of her magazine.

Paltrow still doesn't care about the mean jibes, is pleased Martha is so affected by the whole deal

Not that Paltrow is losing any sleep over the matter though. At the Fortune's Most Powerful Women Summit that took place last week, the actress poked fun at the TV personality and dismissed her mean comment that if she were “confident in her acting, she wouldn't be trying to be Martha Stewart.”

The actress replied with a lot of irony in her voice, “No one has ever said anything bad about me before, so I'm shocked and devastated. I'll try to recover.”

By all accounts, Martha Stewart is beginning to feel threatened by Paltrow's more frequent forays into the domestic guide world and she probably fears that she's going to lose her fans to the younger competition.
