Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time Hints X (DS)

Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time is the fifth game in the Mario RPG series, and it is a Nintendo DS exclusive title, released in November 2005 in North America, December 2005 in Japan, January 2006 in Europe, and February 2006 in Australia. The game was developed by AlphaDream, and published by Nintendo. Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time is the sequel to Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga for the GameBoy Advance, and a precursor to the Mario & Luigi 3 game, which has been scheduled for release in 2009.

Even though the game is the sequel to Superstar Saga, the stories of the two games don't have anything in common. Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time explores the story of two brothers who travel between the past and the present of the Mushroom Kingdom.

The adventure follows Mario, Luigi, Baby Mario, and Baby Luigi, as they search for Princess Peach, who has been abducted by an alien species, known as the Shroobs. The game focuses on co-operative play among the four characters, who must use their specific skills in order to progress.

Featuring Mario, the most beloved plumber in the world, the game can be considered a general success, bringing the RPG Mario series to an all-time high on the Nintendo DS console, as it has sold over one million copies until now. It has gained critical acclaim for the innovative use of the DS' two screens and the tongue-in-cheek humorous story. All in all, it is a pretty great game. Defeating Shroob Princess' Twin

Have the Ulti-Free badge (bought in Fawful's shop for 90 Beans) on Luigi and the Shroom Badge A on Mario. Also have lots Super, Ultra, Max Mushrooms, Drops, and 1-Up Supers. Start by hitting her as hard as you can with repeated Mix/Copy Flowers at every turn, with Luigi. Have Mario attack normally.

When you take off half her HP (3000 HP), she will appear to die, but instead turn into a much more powerful form, with four tentacles and a cluster of tentacles at her feet. When this happens, target her foot, or better yet all of her, with a Mix Flower. When the foot is destroyed, she gets shorter. This allows you to target her crown. Destroy or knock off her crown, so that your attacks will work on her. Repeat this process until she is defeated, and watch what comes next. Be prepared, as she has 6,000 HP.
