Marine officer Joshua Boston wrote a shocking anti-gun-control letter to Senator Dianne Feinstein. She has been vocally advocating legislation for the control of sales and ownership of guns.

A combat veteran from 2004 to 2012, he is cited by Liberty Blitzkrieg, after his moving letter quickly went viral on social networking sites such as Twitter or Facebook.

The letter can be viewed above, and please click to read the entire note. Boston very articulately expresses his discontent for Feinstein's initiative to ban assault weapons.

Perhaps the most powerful fragment is the one in which he stresses he will not be ordered around, and should such a bill be passed, he will not support it.

"I am not your subject. I am the man who keeps you free. I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. I am not your peasant. I am the flesh and blood of America. I am the man who fought for my country," he says.

I am a Navy veteran and I agree with this Marine. I will not comply with any attempt to confiscate my constitutionally guaranteed arms. I also served to ensure this freedom and will not let a hypocrite who enjoys armed security for herself to deny my right to self defense.

I am an Air Force veteran with combat time flying in Desert Storm. I find this Marine's attitude infantile and self-centered. His love affair with his gun is a public health hazard, and we will have legislation to limit access to certain weapons, as we do for automatic weapons, RPGs, etc. The bus has left the station on this one, so get on or be left behind...

AMEN, AMEN, AMEN, AMEN, AMEN, AMEN, AMEN, AMEN TO THE MARINE!

GOD BLESS YOU!

I'am a NAVY Desert Storm Vet with a VIETNAM Dad and a long line of VETS that have given, some or all.

Feinstein has crossed a line. Not only is self defense a natural right from God, it is ensrined in our Bill of Rights. The blood of Patriots has protected these rights thruout this country's short history. Her 'gun control' will not make Americans safer. It will weaken our rights and serves only political ends. Fight-politically, flight-move to freer states if possible, and fraud-complete non-compliance. Complete civil disobedience is our moral obligation.

These people who are trying to take our guns are protected by armed guards are complete idiots if they think they can take our protection for our families. Wake up America, wake up.

Many men have died to protect our constitution and our legislators are sworn to uphold it as well.

I am a Vietnam veteran, who like so many in various wars, fought for freedom and the right to live in a free country. I will not relinquish my right to own fire arms or surrender my rights under the second amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

It is a shame that our Congressional representatives have forgotten that they are elected representatives of the people, we are not their “subjects”. The United States is the last country that has a government “of the people, by the people and for the people”.

Freedom! That is why some many have given the ultimate price. Let us not loose our freedom.

We need more people like this to stand up for the rights of Americans and remind Congress who they are supposed to be serving. The gun control legislation that is being proposed is not going to take guns out of the hands of those who are already obtaining them illegally. It merely turns peaceful law abiding citizens into defenseless criminals if they do not abide by the rules being proposed which are in direct contradiction of the Constitution of the United States.
