Shock rocker transforms himself into roller-boy waiter for his favorite show

Marilyn Manson probably doesn’t watch too much TV, but whenever “Eastbound & Down” airs, he’s glued to the small screen because it’s his favorite show in the world. He loves it so much he even arranged to make a cameo in the same scene with his fave actor / character.

Of course, fans knew that the shock rocker had ditched the makeup and the crazy outfits for the cameo since one month ago, but we now have video of the transformation at last.

You can see it embedded below, as it aired last night, on the new season of the hit HBO show.

Manson, known for his love of heavy makeup and goth clothes (and good music, depending on who you ask), looks like an entirely different man as a roller-boy waiter working at the restaurant Kenny and his wife happen to have a talk about how “divorce is for losers.”

He hardly gets in a line but, for what it’s worth, as far as cameos go, he does a pretty good job at being totally awkward and out of place. More importantly, he got to see his dream come true because he’s been trying to land a small part on the show for years.

So, even if he only got a few seconds of screentime, you know Manson had a blast on set.
