Marilyn Manson got ready for the big Yes. The shock rocker married his fiancée Dita Von Teese yesterday in Tipperary, Ireland.
The couple has not made the event's time and place public until the last minute as they were trying to avoid media frenzy.
Apparently, a Limerick-based company has won the contract for their four-day wedding extravaganza.
Marilyn and Dita wished for wild weather, as they were desperate for some "snow and fog" to make their wedding vows moment special.
The 35-year-old rocker and the 33-year-old Playboy model and stripper have been together for five years.
According to an Irish website, the couple has invited almost 100 guests, including close friend Lisa Marie Presley and British designer, Vivienne Westwood, who has created Dita's gown. They are said to be dining on traditional Irish cuisine including spit-roasted pig, duckling, Dublin Bay prawns and lobster.
Meanwhile, Manson is also looking forward to working for a vampire film, alongside Nick Nolte. The movie in which he is set to play a hideous ancient prophet is titled 'King Shot'.
"I'll be playing a 400-year-old prophet that lives in a hole in the ground and eats skinned ostriches and rapes women. And has thorns for teeth that come out of his lips. I'm not exaggerating", Manson said.
