Diva Mariah Carey was spotted cuddling with actor Eddie Murphy, at a Miami club over the weekend.

Carey, 35, was in Miami to attend the MTV Video Music Awards and was dining with friends, when she got a call from divorced Murphy to go on a date.

After arriving in a club, around 2 a.m., the couple began whispering and huddling together before sitting at a table, where Murphy held hands with Mariah under the table.

The New York Daily News reports: "Both stars immediately started whispering into one another's ears and nuzzling... back at a banquette with pals, Murphy held hands with her under the table."

After one hour, Eddie and Mariah were seen leaving together in Murphy's Mercedes to go to Hotel Setai.
