Mariah Carey is back and, judging by her appearance on the Home Shopping Network over the weekend, she’s a bigger diva than ever. Clocking in at 2 hours, her appearance to promote her line has been dubbed a delicious instance of Mariah’s diva-ness.

Gawker even went through the trouble to sum up the entire 2-hour appearance to just 4 minutes of the best highlights.

These see Mariah address the host as “darling” in a fake British accent (though, for the record, she also speaks to her fans with “dahhhling” on Twitter), order the models around, snap at the camera guys, and rant about her heavy pregnancy.

Given that this is officially the singer’s first televised appearance since giving birth to twins, she should be given some leniency, her fans are saying.

While she doesn’t offend or upset anyone in particular, Mariah’s behavior has been criticized by various media outlets, saying she’s letting the diva inside take over, which can’t necessarily be a good thing.

“She filled two hours worth of air time complaining about her pregnancy, swatting away invisible ‘butterflies,’ calling people ‘darling’ and inventing words like ‘camouflagian’,” TooFab writes.

“This tops her loopy, repetitious performances from November, but you could’ve blamed those on all the hormones,” the e-zine adds, speaking of the appearances Mariah made when she was still pregnant and when everything she said seemed rehearsed, fake (see the second video below).

Then again, Entertainment Weekly points out, this type of behavior is to be expected with Mariah, who even admits that drama “follows” wherever she goes.

In between promoting products from her all-encompassing line, the singer also spoke about what it was like to be pregnant with twins – and it didn’t seem like much fun, especially towards the end.

“My body went through so much. Holding those twins in – you have to keep them in as long as possible. It’s a sacrifice you make for them. Literally I was like, 47-weeks pregnant. And anybody pregnant right now, there’s push gifts here. Tell your baby-father,” she said, adding that pregnancy was a really “difficult time.”

Check out the 4-minute summary below and compare to the November appearances to decide which is funnier.
