- Mariah Carey teams up with John Legend for “When Christmas Comes”
Mariah Carey once said she loved Christmas so much she'd put up the decorations in the summer if she could, and fans know by now she means it. With only days to go until the winter holiday, the diva has put out another Christmas-themed video.
Unlike the one for her collaboration with Justin Bieber, “All I Want for Christmas,” the video for “When Christmas Comes,” featuring good friend John Legend, is much more intimate.
As such, chances are good fans will appreciate it more because it does create the impression that Mariah just recorded it at home in her spare time, as a present to them.
Aside from featuring the Peanut gang, the video also shows footage of Mariah and Nick Cannon's twins Morocco and Monroe, or Roc and Roe as their parents dubbed them.
It's personal, funny and, more importantly, beautifully made. It's also just the thing to get you into the Christmas spirit.
All in all, if Mariah's fans (the Lambs) ever wanted a present from their idol, this could probably be the best kind.
