She's been notoriously tight-lipped and very scarce with her appearances on social media, but now Australian actress Margot Robbie has finally gotten with the program and set up her own Instagram account, though she admits that it was because she was pressured.

The first post on her new profile was a photo of herself covering her mouth with the back of her hands, while showing the words “I got Instagram” written with a marker on the palms. The photo was captioned with the words “Finally joined Instagram @margotrobbie #peerpressurepaysoff.”

The actress would have us believe that she only made the account because of peer pressure, that is, at the behest of fans and friends. It turns out that she ended up doing the right thing, as, soon after her profile came online, she was literally assaulted by fans who immediately began following her.

At the moment, she's already numbered over 3,000 followers but it's certain that that number will explode by next week and she's soon going to reach millions.

Margot has just returned to Los Angeles after a couple of weeks in New Zealand, where she flew off to film the movie “Z for Zachariah,” with co-star Chris Pine. While there, it was rumored that the stunning blonde, who has recently swapped to less a ostentatious brunette, got involved with one of the male members of the crew.

This unconfirmed rumor was widely circulated in local press as eager paparazzi tried to get a photo of the mystery hunk together with his conquest.

The actress who rose to fame thanks to the stunning performance she gave in “The Wolf of Wall Street” opposite Leonardo DiCaprio and under the direction of Martin Scorsese, has recently turned down an offer from Hugh Hefner to pose for the men's magazine Playboy.

Robbie impressed the famous Editor-in-Chief of Playboy with her curves that were portrayed in an interesting and hot love scene with Leonardo DiCaprio in “The Wolf of Wall Street,” as well as most men all over the world who enjoyed the movie.

The actress explained her denial by saying that she doesn't want to put her family through that kind of experience, after doing the full frontal scenes in the movie.

Now fans will be able to get constant photo updates from Robbie and there is a slim chance that she'll be posting raunchy selfies, as is the fashion in Hollywood today.
