Microsoft has just announced that the Windows Phone Mango OS update will arrive on devices starting with the next week or the other, and carriers around the world are already informing users on the release.

Among them, we can count Vodafone Romania, who has just confirmed plans to start the deployment before the end of this month.

In a recent tweet, coming as a response to an inquiry from Doru Apostolescu, Andrei Oltei, Vodafone Romania Phone Product Manager, confirmed that the roll-out would start soon, and also announced that the process should be completed before the end of October.

This sounds like great news not only for the Windows Phone users living in Romania, but also for those who connect to Vodafone's airwaves in other countries.

The wireless carrier is expected to make a similar move in all markets where it offers services at the moment.

Proof of that comes from the fact that Vodafone Australia already confirmed that they were ready since last week for the release of Mango.

Microsoft is the one that has to push the green button and let the Mango goodness flow into Windows Phone devices in users' hands at the moment, and it seems that they were those who delayed the update in the first place.

Apparently, Microsoft is set to make sure that all Windows Phone devices are being upgraded as soon as possible, so as to avoid situations in which some of its users are left out of the Mango bandwagon.

Moreover, the company is also expected to be planning a better testing of the new software update, so as to avoid situations like the one created with the last Windows Phone update, NoDo, when some of its users were able to taste the update only several months after the original roll-out.

This shows that the company is committed to the experience its users receive, though not all people will see it the same, that's for sure.
