Search engines help us to retrieve information from different Internet resources based on search queries. The searching efficiency depends on query keywords or key phrases and the quality
of results is determined by specific search engine mechanisms of selection and sorting.

The most of search engines provide search results to a given query as a list containing items in an order based on a predefined ranking algorithm. The chance to find information of a desired quality in the first ten or twenty results displayed are minimal and the time spent to click the corresponding links could not be justified by the information found. There are possibilities to change the default view and the sorting of the results provided by queries executed on search engines. But still a certain range of incertitude regarding the efficiency of search results exists.

ManagedQ search application wants to change the experience of Internet searching in all directions, beginning from keywords to results, and ending with the refinement of a new repeating search query. This application allows you to start the search with a keyword or key phrase, but the search results are displayed as screenshots corresponding to the found links. On the left side of the search window, the "Executive Summary" is presented as a menu composed of buttons pointing to certain search results in the same window. Each menu entry is called an "idea" and, if you move the mouse over an entry, the respective keyword will appear highlighted in websites screenshots.

It is good to know that the search results comes directly from Google and the mechanism of their management in ManagedQ application is based on NLP (Natural Language Processing). This technique is applied in order to reveal the most relevant people, places and things that are directly related to your search query.

ManagedQ search application, based on NLP can be implemented to work with any other search engine results and will definitely change the user search experience. The visual search combined with the NLP algorithms will help you to get an information of a better quality in a shorter time.

I like ManagedQ. The current Google results are really just results like you could get from a database. After the search the person has to do all the work. ManagedQ is like software, it continues to do analysis on the search even after the results come back. This has to be the future as it's really much more useful. If they can optimize the UI I think this new startup could make a dent. There really hasn't been much in the ways of search innovation in like 7 years so I think people are ready for some alternatives.

This site is really good. It's really smart too that they have added conversion kits. I never go to search sites to make my searches and I imagine most people don't, but instead use the search bar in the browser. I've added them and can't say I miss Google too much.

I tried out ManagedQ and was pleasantly surprised. It's finally a search, besides google, that I will actually use. The concept, functionality, and interface are surprisingly refreshing and innovative. This is definitely an app to take note of and watch as it evolves.
