Managing customers is not something easy to do, unless your business has only a handful of them, but when you have to organize and manage the contact information and other data for a large number of people, this may become a problem... unless you have some software to stand by your side to help you, and today I have found an application suited exactly for this purpose.

Just a few hours ago, Jumsoft released Relashionship 1.0, "the all-new, very easy-to-use, and fun customer relationship management application for your home-based or small business", as they describe it. Available as a Universal Binary application, Relashionship is able to run natively on both PowerPC and Intel-based Macs, and comes with a lot of useful features, that we'll discover together right now...

First of all, this is a program very easy to use that comes with a flexible one-window user interface. When managing your contacts, you can create Groups for contacts in your company, customers, friends, business partners and others, while the Smart Groups will take things even a step further, enabling you to use any criterion to create a Smart Group.

Relashionship is fully integrated with Mac OS X Address Book, and every single group can have an unlimited number of columns and subcolumns for information, while adding new contacts, people or companies is a matter of seconds.

Each contact can have events associated to it, and sending emails with Relashionship can be done with a single mouse click. If you're worried about security, then you'll be pleased to find out that entire applications and individual groups can be password-protected.

If you think that this is over, then you should know that this was only the beginning, since the feature list also includes fast search capabilities, color labels, notes, attachments or the ability to import tab-delimited files and vcards.

In order to run this application, you need a Macintosh computer that runs Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger" or later, and the price of a single user license is 39$. Obviously, the 15 days trial version can be downloaded for free from our site, so go here and grab it!
