“Man of Steel,” Zack Snyder’s first Superman movie, was a hit with audiences and critics alike but, even so, many still found things they didn’t like about it. Teri Hatcher, for one, would have liked to see more of Lois and Superman together, more of their romance.

Hatcher, for those who don’t know, starred as Lois in the TV series “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman,” which aired between 1993 and 1997.

If anything, as the video above will show, she knows a lot about romance between these two beloved characters.

“I really enjoyed it, I kind of joked, ‘Wow, he should work on his body.’ Like anyone could say that with a straight face!” she says of “Man of Steel,” as you can see in the video below.

“In the end, what I think carries through so strongly is the relationship between Lois and Clark, Lois and Superman. Even in Man of Steel, that was my favorite part of it. I kind of wish for a little bit more of seeing them,” she adds.

She also expresses hope that the romance will get more screen time in the sequel. “Batman vs. Superman” will be out in 2015 but, by the title alone, chances are it won’t have too much of a romantic angle.
