14 DAY TRIAL // A man has chosen an original way to resign his job and still make a sweet exit. He has chosen to give in his resignation via a custom-made cake.
User Stuart Jackson posted a photo of the goodbye cake on Twitter, where it has garnered almost 4,000 retweets, having only been uploaded today.
“So, my brother-in-law has resigned from his 9-to-5 job in spectacular fashion. Jerry Maguire meets Masterchef,” the photo caption documents.
Chris Holmes a.k.a. Mr. Cake uses the cake to tell his bosses that he has recently become a father, therefore will not be working for them anymore, having more important things to do.
He also mentions having started a cake business years ago, and planning to get more involved in promoting it, even leaving his contact info on the pastry.
