Authorities in the city of Pamplona, in Spain, have a nice and shiny pair of handcuffs in store for a man who slowed down to take a selfie while being chased by a bull, and word has it they cannot wait to present him with this gift.

The man snapped the selfie while taking part in a bull run in said city. The chase took place late last week, on Friday, during the local San Fermín festival. The unidentified daredevil and selfie enthusiast was caught on camera by local media.

As explained by The Guardian, which has a photo showing the man running in front of a bull while holding up his phone, using recording devices to document how one bull run or another goes down is strictly forbidden in Pamplona.

Otherwise put, police officers aren't looking for this man simply because they think him guilty of immeasurable stupidity, but also because his little stunt was a clear violation of existing rules and regulations concerning bull runs.

Should authorities manage to identify him and locate him, the man risks being made to pay a fine of up to €3,000 (approximately $4,080). One can only hope the selfie he took while taking part in the bull chase was well worth this much money.
