A 49-year-old man from Florida named Rodney Blanchard recently decided to shove some 6-week-old kittens in the freezer, and then have some fun by asking one of his neighbors to fetch him a beer.
When Eva Mulder opened the freezer, she found that it contained no beer. However, it did contain four kittens carefully tucked away in sandwich bags.
Three of the kittens were still alive, yet Rodney refused to let Eva take them out of the freezer, Huffington Post reports. The woman left Rodney's house and called the local police, who rescued the kittens.
The animals got to spend about 15 minutes in the freezer, so they were terribly cold and shaking uncontrollably.
Needless to say, Rodney Blanchard is now facing animal cruelty charges.
