14 DAY TRIAL // Not too long ago, a man in India experienced what can only be described as the scare of a lifetime. Simply put, the man entered his bathroom and came face to face with a crocodile that was just sitting in his shower, staring back at him.
Not at all surprisingly, it only took the man a few seconds to really freak out and run out of the bathroom. He immediately contacted authorities, and wildlife experts soon arrived at his house.
According to Mirror, the crocodile was successfully removed from 41-year-old Kalpesh Patel's shower, and released into the wild, in a nearby lake. Hopefully, it won't be visiting this man's house again anytime soon.
Kalpesh Patel says that he has absolutely no idea how the crocodile got inside his home in the village of Sojitra in India's Anand district. All things considered, chances are this mystery will forever remain unsolved.
“At first I didn't even know if it was alive, I just stood there staring at it in my bath robe and then suddenly I saw it blink, and I turned round and ran off as fast as I could - slamming the door behind me.”
“I have no idea how it got into the house or even why it went there, but we weren't prepared to let it out again,” 41-year-old Kalpesh Patel comments on this peculiar incident in a recent interview with the press.
To prove that he is no liar, Kalpesh Patel went as far as to release a photo showing the crocodile relaxing in a corner of his shower. This photo is available above.
