Online auction website eBay houses a lot of unusual items that have been listed for sale, but one of the weirdest is definitely this one: a man's jaguar pattern tattooed skin.

Tattoo artist Artur Mrozowski has decided to put his skin up for sale on eBay and is asking £75,000 ($124,700 / €90,700) for it, although the winning bidder will only get it after he dies.

The 41-year-old tattoo fanatic, who lives in Blackpool, Lancashire, has covered 90 per cent of his skin in jaguar print and spent 300 hours getting his body inked. The jaguar-like markings cover his torso, back, arms and legs. His wife Monika made the impressive artwork at their own tattoo parlor in Blackpool.

The father of four is now auctioning off the finished jaguar print and explains that the final size of the skin will be “approximately two square meters.” He also says that he hopes the proceeds from the sale to give his children a good start in life.

“People say I am crazy, but we all die anyway and some people donate their organs, some people do nothing with their bodies. I have nothing to lose,” Mrozowski said, according to Daily Mail.

“The main reason for doing this is my kids. It would give them a good start in adult life and let them decide what they want to do in life, not just what they have to do to make a living,” he added.

The man says he won’t accept any offers under £75,000 ($124,700 / €90,700) and hopes to get an even higher sum for his tattooed skin, as he considers it a work of art. He also explains that “it took a lot of time and pain to get these tattoos.”

However, the current bid stands at £53 ($88.15 / €64.10), and only 13 bidders have shown their interest in the human leather, which is advertised by Mrozowski as the “smoothest, softest leather on Earth.”

“Product out of this natural material reach the highest prices on a market, so you get whatever you ask for if for re-sell,” he explains.

Because Mrozowsi's listing was breaching eBay's rules, which prohibit the sale of “humans, the human body, or any human body parts,” his unusual offer was removed from the site. But it seems that the tattoo artist is very keen on finding a buyer for his skin, so he has re-posted the listing after modifying it to comply with the site's terms and conditions.

If you're interested in this unique jaguar-like human leather, you have until Sunday to place a bid.
