A former employee of Cox Communications admitted in front of the Pima County Superior Court that he was the one that hacked the systems of Comcast to replace part of the Super Bowl transmission with an adult clip.

Accroding to Phoenix New Times blog, Frank Tanori Gonzalez from Marana, pleaded guilty on two counts of computer tampering, as it seems there was another occasion when he illegally accessed the network of the cable company.

His plea agreement states that Gonzales will have to pay a $1000 (700 EUR) fine while being placed on probation for three years.

As a result of his actions thousands of viewers in Tucson will always remember 2009 as the year when Super Bowl featured an adult movie instead of a touchdown.
