Cleveland kidnapping hero Charles Ramsey has become so popular after rescuing three girls from Ariel Castro's home, that he is now inspiring tattoos.

According to Fox 8, Cleveland artist Rodney Rose has created a tat depicting Ramsey's face and offered it for free to someone taking advantage of the opportunity on Facebook.

"He’s kind of like that public figure in Cleveland right now, kind of the voice and face of it," Rose says.

Stephen Munhollon, a tattoo artist himself, has decided to get the inking done, as he says that Ramsey is inspiring as a person and member of the community.

Munhollon has had Ramsey's face etched on the back of his knee cap, in a process that has taken some five hours.

"He’s an ordinary person, he was put in an extraordinary situation that he could have walked away from. But he chose to do something," he says.
