The video shows how a handler is able to control more than 70 hunting dogs when it's time to feed them.

This was filmed at the Château de Cheverny, on the French Loire Valley. According to Wikipedia, the Château was built between 1624 and 1630, during the time of Louis XI.

It was purchased by Henri Hurault, count of Cheverny and opened to the public in 1914.

It is currently operated by the marquis de Vibraye, a descendant of the count of Cheverny. The Château is open for visitation, and it constitutes quite the tourist attraction in the area.

The 70 or so dogs are kept on the grounds of the castle and, twice a week, they are taken out for hunts. Although feeding them can turn into quite a frantic scene, it seems like they are very disciplined.
