When one thinks of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes (but mostly of the first), one immediately has in mind a pair of celebrities so well guarded that no man alive can get close to them without first going through the most experimented personal bodyguards.

And yet, an arrest has been operated right at Cruise's $40 million Los Angeles compound only this weekend. According to 'Life & Style Weekly' a man has been apprehended after he was videotaped taking a leak right on the estate that is famed for being equipped with state-of-the-art security system.

Police officers refused to comment on the unnamed man's act, as to whether it was caused by a profound dislike of the two stars or if it was just an urge that he necessarily had to indulge. Tom, Kate and baby Suri were all three present at the scene of the 'crime', but not on the lawn. They were safely inside the house and the entire incident took place without them even being aware of it.

The man who dared pee on Tom Cruise's family home was instantly taken to police headquarters and charged with lewd behavior. No word yet on the probable sentence that he is likely to get or on the date when he is due to appear in court. Also, both stars' publicists refused to make any comment on the arrest that went down only a few feet away from where they were 'safely' chilling.
