14 DAY TRIAL // As the saying goes, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Not the same can be said, though, for Maksim Chmerkovskiy and fellow DWTS dancer Cheryl Burke, who have been photographed kissing at a recent party in Sin City.
User @DTWSGossip on Twitter uploaded a series of new photos from a party at the Moon club. While at first look, they show nothing out of the ordinary, there’s definitely some interesting action going on in the background.
Both Maks and Cheryl were at the party in question and, while they put on their best photo-time faces when they noticed that someone was taking their picture, they were quite careless about what was going on the rest of the time.
One shot in particular shows Maks, in a bright yellow t-shirt, pulling Cheryl close to him while they kissing, TooFab points out.
He’s with his eyes closed, she’s with her back to the camera, so this would explain why they remain unaware their picture is being taken.
“Also, in the back of another shot, Maks can be seen holding Burke close while grabbing her hair. The two were seen together earlier in the weekend at the Encore, where they celebrated the one year anniversary of the hotel’s Beach Club,” the e-zine adds.
In other words, they’re most certainly dating, TooFab seems to imply.
With official confirmation yet to come that they’re an item, the person who uncovered the possible romance says on Twitter s/he had to take the photos proving it down.
“Sorry guys, I was asked nicely to remove those pics. It’s out there now... no biggie :)” reads a later tweet.
Maks was once engaged to Karina Smirnoff, also a professional dancer on Dancing With the Stars. He was also rumored to be dating Erin Andrews in 2010.
As far as we know, both Maks and Cheryl are now single – unless, of course, they’re dating each other.
