The latest in Britney's life: she's out of rehab, has a much keener fashion sense, apparently wears underwear again or, at least, is not showing her coochie if she doesn't, has turned into quite a football fan and a paparazzi-lover, is newly divorced and still as rich as she was before she said her 'I Do' (minus the millions that went on K-Fed's clothes, shoes and cars and her tattoos). And, to top all that and make our day all the more shiny, recording for the comeback album is going just swell.
As you all know, because there was this huge media exposure of Britney before her public downfall, Britney started working on her comeback album the same night that she made a special appearance on David Letterman and word got out that she had filed for divorce. Since it had been so long since she put something new on the market, it was only natural for each newspaper and media outlet to closely follow Britney's trips to the music studio.
Unfortunately, all came to an end the night she hooked up with Paris: after that, she was seen no where near a recording studio, she no longer went to dance classes and nothing much (aside from rumors and speculations) was heard about her comeback material. For a while there, it certainly did seem that she would not be able to make it back.
Since she got out of rehab, Britney is again back at work, going to dance rehearsals and recording sessions and the whole bunch. All this is fully documented in the media coverage provided by the paparazzi and now, if that's not enough to convince you that there will be a Britney album sometime in the near future, one of the producers she is working with is speaking out.
Apparently, Sean Garrett, the man behind many of the hits of Jennifer Lopez, Mary J Blige and Beyonce, has been working with the pop star on five tracks from the upcoming material and, according to his own words, it is going to be the bomb! 'I'm working with Britney. It's really coming together right now. I know she'll do exceptionally well now that she's out of rehab', Garrett said.
And, wait! There's more to come: if we were to trust him (and there's no obvious reason why we shouldn't), the new album will be bigger and better than anything we have ever seen, both from Brit Brit and from other pop artists. 'The new album is like "Toxic" times 10. It's going to be a lot of fun and it's really exciting. We did a lot of great work before her break', the producer explained.
Hell, for what we care, they can make it like 'Toxic' times 5, 'cause the level of anxiousness can't possibly be any higher than it already is. Stay tuned here for more.
