Maingear boosts performance capabilities in the Nomad 17 with the AMD CPU and GPU

Maingear is taking things a little further on its NOMAD 17 gaming laptop so it has pushed an update that adds AMD mobile processors and AMD Radeon graphics options.

To improve gaming and multi-tasking capabilities, Maingear now gives the possibility to slip in an AMD A10-5750 processors plus AMD Radeon HD 8970M graphics. Thus gamers will be able to get full support for the AMD Eyefinity multiscreen technology that enables a resolution of maximum 5760 x 1080 pixels.

Product Manager for Gaming Graphics, Thanesh Sunthar introduced the first AMD-based laptop to come out of the company, TechPowerUp reports.

“Maingear only delivers the very best and we are excited that Maingear now offers an AMD based laptop that offers great performance at a great price. With the power of our quad-core A10 processor and the AMD Radeon HD 8970M graphics card, gamers will want this system for their gaming and entertainment enjoyment.”

What’s even cooler is that Maingear offers interesting options of personalizing your laptop. The company claims to be the first in the industry to offer hand-painted customization options for customers. And it’s all for free.
