14 DAY TRIAL // Developer Stainless Games and publisher Wizards of the Coast LLC announce the launch of the first downloadable content pack for Magic: The Gathering – Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013, designed to add more variety to the base game and offer players more cards to play with.
The unimaginatively named Magic: The Gathering - 2013 Deck Pack 1 can be obtained via Steam and costs 1.99 dollars or Euro.
The official description for the new content reads, “This Magic 2013 deck pack includes two brand-new decks for Campaign and Multiplayer play. With the red and white “Act of War” deck, your heroes will cut a path to the enemy’s door. If they stumble, cast tide-turning spells to light their way. The green and blue “Sky and Scale” starts slow and steady but wins by summoning titanic flying creatures to end your foes’ hopes.”
Magic: The Gathering – Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 has been praised for faithfully adapting the card game for PCs.
