Before she started her time under house arrest, Lindsay Lohan and her entire posse traveled to Miami for a weekend with Plum Miami magazine. The trip resulted in a photospread (see the video below) and a very damning expose on Lohan’s wicked ways.Jacquelynn D. Powers from the magazine shadowed Lindsay for an entire weekend in the hope of getting some face time with her for an interview that would have probably, hopefully cleared her bad girl image even if only a bit.
Powers never got the interview, because Lindsay was too busy drinking, hitting the clubs and basically being a diva. Instead, she wrote a piece called “The Long Goodbye,”
Radar Online informs – and it doesn’t paint the star in bright colors.
As the hours passed, Lindsay slowly let the good girl image slip, revealing the ugly side of her personality: she’s a snobbish, spoiled Hollywood star who believes she deserves the world just because her name is Lindsay Lohan.
She’s also mean, a pathological liar,
a heavy drinker and a very nasty character to be around for more than a few hours at a time, Powers says.
“In the chauffeured Lincoln Navigator, it was all about puffing Parliament Lights and Miami chitchat with her entourage. Lindsay traveled with a revolving pack of pseudo-chaperones, whose most responsible member was her 17-year-old sister, Aliana,” she writes of the first impression she got of Lindsay, upon picking her up from the airport.
“As we pulled up to the Fontainebleau, a bright-orange parking cone was blocking the entrance. Not accustomed to waiting, apparently, she lowered the car’s window and shouted, ‘Move that cone. I’m Lindsay Lohan’,” Powers further says.
“And it was done. This foreshadowed the arrogance and demanding personality she exhibited as her sweet-girl façade started slipping,” she adds.
Lindsay made sure she got the most of her stay by bar-hopping and hitting the clubs like there was no tomorrow. The party continued in the hotel suite.
When Powers came over on Sunday morning for the scheduled interview, she found she had no one to speak to, because the party had dragged on until the early hours – and Lindsay was still partying.
“Even Aliana departed, but Lindsay wouldn’t end the party ... it was like watching the lights come on at a nightclub after-hours – not pretty,” the editor says.
“I never got my interview. My associates and I were exhausted from the constant demands, drama, outbursts, cancellations and tsoris from the Lohan clique,” Powers adds.
Below is a video of a behind-the-scenes look at the photoshoot. Presumably, this happened before the partying, shortly after Lindsay had arrived in Miami.
