Madonna to Marry Jesus Luz in Kabbalah Ceremony

Initial reports had it that Madonna was only using young Brazilian model Jesus Luz to garner publicity for herself, as well as to get over the divorce from Guy Ritchie. Then, word in the tabloid media had it that she had split from him, in order to convince Malawian judges that she was a fit parent for a baby girl she was planning to adopt from there. Now, Luz’s father is telling the media that the two are back together and, what’s more important, that they’re planning on getting married in a Kabbalah ceremony, Access Hollywood informs.

Rumor of this upcoming so-called “wedding” has been making the rounds in the media for a couple of days now so, understandably, people close to the couple have been contacted in the eventuality of a statement. Jesus Luz’s father, Luis Heitor Pinto da Luz, for instance, is saying that he knows for a fact that his son and Madonna are set to make their relationship a bit more official by taking part in a Kabbalah commitment ceremony – although whether he has actually been keeping in contact with Jesus since he left for New York months ago is still to be established.

“The Kabbalah ceremony [in New York that] will link up my son Jesus Luz and Madonna only confirms that he is extremely happy.” Jesus’ father tells Brazilian magazine Quem, as cited by the aforementioned publication. However, while Mr. Luz seems very certain that the ceremony will be taking place sometime in the immediate future, he is not able to offer more details on it, such as whether he’ll be invited or whether it will have any legal validity.

“I don’t know if there will, in fact, be a real marriage between Madonna and my son. It will be a type of ritual, but I do not know Kabbalah [or if the ceremony] will have legal validity.” Mr. Luz further says for the magazine. Even if it doesn’t, though, it will still mean a step in the right direction for the controversial couple, the father says, as it will reinforce the already strong bond the singer and the model share.

“She has young children and he helps out with them. My son is charismatic, he likes children, he has an excellent relationship with her children. He plays football with them.” Mr. Luz says of how Jesus and Madonna have come to have such a wonderful relationship despite the age gap. The great understanding they have is probably also the reason why the media is so bent on seeing them fail, Mr. Luz believes. “Those stories are lies, made up when the press has no information.” he explains.
