Madonna has a brand new video out: some hours ago, she debuted the visual companion for her newest single, “Ghosttown,” on Meerkat and then on Vimeo. It’s beautiful, set in a post-apocalyptic world, and also stars Terrence Howard.

You will find it embedded below in full and in HD.

“Ghosttown” is directed by Jonas Åkerlund, who previously helmed “Ray of Light” and “Music” for the Queen of Pop. It shows Madonna as the survivor of a nuclear blast that wiped away most of humanity, walking through a deserted, destroyed world.

Howard, who can be seen now on the hit series “Empire,” plays a homeless sniper-type of dude, taking aim at this strange woman he sees in a park. They eventually meet and come in contact through a beautiful dance routine. A little boy is watching.

The video ends with the two grown-ups leaving the “ghosttown” while holding the boy’s hands: the little family that survived the end of the world.

“Ghosttown” is the second single from “Rebel Heart,” her most recent album. A behind-the-scenes feature for it is available on Tidal, Jay Z’s new music streaming service, but you have to pay a monthly fee to see it.
