The truth was out there. It's here right now:
World of Warcraft is made in Turkey and there's no doubt about it. And it might be cotton, too. If you think I'm losing my mind, please click the thumbnail to the left, you will immediately
understand.
That is a picture made by a guy named Paul, somewhere in Iran, in a menswear store. And it's a great one, too! But not the picture itself is what matters most...
Probably what we see is not even a T-shirt and what we think is a mannequin is actually nothing but our imagination. Because that angry-looking guy resembles a Blood Elf strikingly. Really, now, if Legolas played WoW, that's exactly the way he would look like! And I always thought that Legolas is more of the Norwegian type of guy...
But with that chain around his neck, ready to kill every necromantic Death Knight that comes his way, ready to protect life in Azeroth, he is priceless. Of course, he needs a guild and should have no problem joining one. Just imagine that everybody would like to be part of it - "Lord of the Warcrafts" or something, with our Legolas made in Turkey, a Frodo made in Japan and a Taiwan-made Gandalf. Now wouldn't that be great?
OK, jokes aside (even though the image is hilarious)! World of Warcraft is really a great game, with over 8 million users, with an Azeroth full of monsters, with guilds and
players starting to dedicate their entire life to it. Actually, the "real life" concept is nothing more but a game, while WoW is the real thing. The fact that it's made in Turkey is just a bonus. Actually, the Battlegear of Heroism has always seemed to be manufactured in Turkey. Even though being 100% cotton makes absolutely no sense!
