Madden NFL 25 is already a success on current-gen consoles, but the development team at EA Sports wants to also sell well on the next generation of devices from Microsoft and Sony.

The new trailer for the game is designed to show how some core features, including True Step, War in the Trenches and Player Sense, will work on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.

The extra hardware power of the platforms will allow gamers to get smarter Artificial Intelligence teammates and opponents, enjoy more fluid gameplay and more physics driven gameplay.

The Ignite engine is also used on the next-gen versions of FIFA 14 and NBA Live 14.

Madden NFL 25 will be offered on launch date in both the United States and Europe for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
