Video game developer EA Sports is announcing that it is launching a new Easter Egg Hunt for the Ultimate Team mode in Madden NFL 15, which is designed to offer gamers access to a range of new content associated with the American football simulation experience.

Until Sunday, April 5, gamers who log into the title everyday will be able to get access to a special Easter Egg Collectible, which will bring their total to seven.

They are also introduced in the special Solo Challenges for Madden NFL 15, and there's also a random chance to get one in the packs that are currently introduced in the official store.

The official announcement also explains that "Special seasonal Sets will reward big amounts of Coins, many kinds of Packs, Bundles, or even players needed to complete recent Sets like Positional, Combine, and Ultimate Legends. A few of the Easter Eggs will be special Limited Edition collectibles with terrific rewards including several different kinds of Packs, Legend players, and a special Easter Basket Bundle."

No details about the players that will be given to the luckiest fans have been offered yet.

The special Easter content for Madden NFL 15 will be revealed to players on Sunday, when the eggs actually hatch.

Madden NFL 15 is using special initiatives to compensate for the lack of actual match action

The real world National Football League is not at the moment running any matches, but EA Sports is aiming to capitalize on the success of accurately predicting the result of the most recent Super Bowl with a range of events designed to keep Ultimate Team engaging.

The Easter Egg hunt is a good idea and the studio is also adding new versions of good performers and the best rookies of the season.

EA Sports is also working on the next title in the Madden NFL series, which is now at the stage where the faces of coaches are being scanned so that they can be added to the engine.

No information has been unveiled about the kinds of new mechanics that the coming American football simulation will add to the Ultimate Team mode.
