Yes, that is the number of definable commands that the Cyborg M.M.O.7 mouse possesses, what with its 13 programmable buttons.

The above are in addition to a three-position MMO mode switch and a two-position MMO shift button, according to this hand-on report.

No longer shall players be frustrated by not striking the clicks and keys just so, since everything will be within reach of a finger from now on.

As a bonus, Mad Catz designed the mouse with an adjustable palm and thumb rest and made it possible to assign spells and such to each button through simple drag and drop.
