Tab claims Macaulay Culkin has only 6 months to live if he doesn't get help for his heroin addiction

Macaulay Culkin is addicted to heroin and prescription pills, and his life is spiraling out of control. Should he continue on this path and refuse to get proper help, he'll be dead in half a year if not less, The National Enquirer says.

Earlier this week, the tab came out with a story that was firmly denied by Culkin's rep, that he was a drug addict who'd spent an estimated $6,000 (€4,904.3) a month on drugs.

To prove that it stands by its story, the Enquirer has come out with another one, “Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin addicted to heroin – 6 MONTHS TO LIVE!,” together with a challenge for the actor.

If he wants the world to know he's clean and sober and thus prove that the Enquirer has been making stuff up, he should consider taking a blood test which the tab will gladly pay for.

The Enquirer even brings the late Whitney Houston into the conversation, by saying that she too denied the many stories they ran and thus avoided admitting she had a problem.

“We believe that the former child star should be doing everything he can to get the treatment he so desperately needs – and which could have saved the life of his friend Elijah Rosello,” the tab also says.

“Her family confirmed to The ENQUIRER that she did drugs with Macaulay before her drug-related death in March,” the Enquirer adds.

The publication stands by its original story and even challenges the actor to prove they lied, if he can.

“Should Macaulay’s representatives continue to deny The ENQUIRER’s accurate and detailed report, we are ready to offer him the opportunity to take a blood test administered by an independent medical lab,” it says.

“It is a fact that as The ENQUIRER tracked Whitney Houston’s descent into her drug hell, she refused to admit she had a problem – and Whitney was represented by some of those people now denying Macaulay’s potentially deadly problems,” the Enquirer adds.

As of now, a publicist for Culkin has refused to comment in any way on the “challenge” and the new angle in the story.
