Ian Page has released an updated version of his MacTracker utility app for OS X users. MacTracker is a reference tool which contains information (including imagery) on all Apple products released over the decades.

MacTracker 7.1.2 is immediately available for download and includes new information on Apple’s new iMac (21.5-inch, Early 2013) Education only model, as well as improvements to “My Models” functionality.

The update further adds system requirements to iPod, iPhone, and iPad models, and includes enhancements to the support status for Apple's latest Vintage and Obsolete products.

Other minor changes and additions are also included, according to the developer.

MacTracker is available in various forms for different OS X versions, but the latest one (which is always the most complete version) requires OS X 10.7 Lion.
