14 DAY TRIAL // F-Secure is running a beta to test its Safe Anywhere Mac Technology in the wild, and they want you to pitch in and help out with your invaluable feedback.
The security firm says this preview offers “an Anti-Virus program that protects your Mac from looming threats.” The software will configure your firewall automatically and will “make sure that your precious data stay[s] safe,” the Finland-based company promises.
As the software is scheduled to receive a constant stream of updates throughout the entire beta testing period, “By joining the Technology Preview, you will be among the earliest to receive any update, as we progress with the latest development,” F-Secure adds.
Testers will need to be savvy Mac users who understand that such betas are for testing purposes only. Such people will also know that, regardless of any promise from F-Secure, they will most likely need to back up their system just in case anything goes wrong.
