Yesterday, Mac users were delighted to hear that, not only was Apple planning to seed a Mac OS X 10.6 to developers at WWDC '08, but that 10.5.4 was also on the away. Needless to say, the rumors were as accurate as possible, and the proof lies within the seed notes for the first 10.5.4 build available today.

Days away from Apple's annual developers conference and just over a week after the release of 10.5.3, Apple was rumored to seed the first build of the fourth Mac OS X (Leopard) maintenance and security update to devs as early as this week. AppleInsider, citing "people familiar with the matter," said it was almost a certainty that the beta would surface before WWDC '08 takes off.

Well, as it turns out, World of Apple has managed to get its hands on the seed notes for the first build of Mac OS X 10.5.4. Without fail, we have also posted them in their entirety, which is why I encourage you to have a look below.
