Mac OS X 10.5.3 Build 9D29 Arrives. Complete with Seed Notes.

- Mac OS X 10.5.3 closer than ever

By: Filip Truta, Apple News Editor

Just days after Apple seeded the last Mac OS X 10.5.3 build (9D27) to its developers, the Cupertino-based computer manufacturers and makers of the operating system that you all love have issued another Leopard build, 9D29, to devs, accompanied by notes. Build 9D29 addresses four main issues, bringing the total number of fixes in Mac OS X 10.5.3 to around 220. A few stability
issues is all that's standing between you and Mac OS X 10.5.3, Apple says.

This Monday saw Apple seeding another Mac OS X 10.5.3 build to its developer community, build 9D27, to be more precise. The build, accompanied by documentation, listed no known issues and asked code-savvy blokes that were well versed in the ways of Apple to continue their focus on a list of 12 core system components, according to people familiar with the distribution, AppleInsider was reporting.

It is useless to point out at this time that Apple's recent successive seeding habits (mere days between each release) are hinting at a very close launch of the maintenance update for Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) users. Apple claims that, although there are no known issues as far as Build 9D29 goes, stability concerns are affecting / delaying the release, according to World of Apple.

Seed notes for Mac OS X 10.5.3 build 9D29 are as follows:
