Developer of award-winning desktop and handheld synchronization software Mark/Space recently announced the launch of KIN Media Sync for Mac computers. Mark/Space also announced that it had been chosen to be the exclusive provider of Mac media sync software for the newly announced KIN ONE and KIN TWO phones from Microsoft.

Those users who will purchase one of the two KIN handsets available in the United States on the airwaves of Verizon Wireless should benefit from this software solution when it comes to syncing their handset with a Mac computer. KIN Media Sync is based on Mark/Space GoGadget technology to make it easy for KIN owners to connect their mobile phones to a Mac to sync any music, video, photo or podcast files.

“We partnered with Microsoft to develop the best Mac media sync software for the new KIN phones,” Brian Scott Toney, Mark/Space director of Sales and Business Development, commented on the launch. “Our media sync capability has been a reliable staple of Mark/Space products for more than a decade. Leveraging our expertise, KIN Media Sync for Mac lets KIN owners fully enjoy the media features of their phones.”

The KIN Media Sync offers Mac users the possibility to easily sync either an individual song or an entire album, as well as genres, artists and playlists of music between their KIN device and a Mac computer. Moreover, photos taken with a handset's camera can be easily synced with iPhoto, and the solution also enables users to sync albums of photos from iPhoto to a KIN. The application has been designed to offer support for transferring digital video and home movies from a Mac to KIN, not to mention that the clips will be automatically converted to offer the best viewing experience on the mobile phones.

KIN Media Sync has been released for Mac OS X. The application is available for download for free, yet users will have to register to the Mark/Space website to receive a registration code and to activate the software. The KIN Media Sync project for Microsoft is the result of yet another recent partnership Mark/Space has with various phone makers, including Nokia and Palm. The company's solutions are available both for Windows and Mac OS X computers.
